All you need to do is fix the anchor tile with our FLEXBELTs or any similar belt to your bed or bondage board. Then simply lock the neck rubstraint in a few simple steps to the anchor without the need to remove the collar. You can even use the additional D-rings to secure the rubstraints harness with the rubstraints shorty for even less movement.
