Which products are customisable?

Customisation is available for most items — from head to toe. If the magenta CUSTOMISE button appears on the product page, that item can be personalised.

Are bundles available?

No, there are no bundles like Head to Toe or Essential Bundle. You can customise individual products and add multiple items to your cart. Discounts are not available for customised products.

Does customisation affect delivery time?

Yes, customised products may take a little longer to ship since they’re made individually for you. The estimated delivery time is around 1–8 weeks.

Can I return or exchange a customised product?

Customised items are made to your specifications, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a production issue.
