Community Photo Submission Terms
By submitting a photo for the cuffed calendar 2027 community selection, you agree to the following terms.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a photo.
Every identifiable person shown in the submitted photo must also be at least 18 years old.
2. Rights to the photo
You confirm that:
- you are the photographer and copyright holder of the submitted photo, or you have the necessary authorization from the copyright holder to submit the photo and grant the rights described below
- the photo does not infringe the copyrights, personality rights, privacy rights, trademarks or other rights of any third party
- you have obtained all permissions required for the intended use of the photo
- every identifiable person shown in the photo has agreed to the submission and the uses described in these terms
We may request evidence of these permissions before accepting a photo for public voting or publication.
3. Community voting
By submitting the photo, you grant Black Carrot GmbH a non-exclusive, worldwide right to reproduce and publicly display the submitted photo for the purpose of:
- reviewing the submission
- presenting the photo as part of the cuffed calendar 2027 community voting
- promoting the community voting on cuffed's website, social media channels and newsletters
This permission does not transfer ownership or copyright in the photo to Black Carrot GmbH.
We may resize, crop, compress or otherwise technically adapt the image where required for the voting or its presentation. We will not materially alter the content of the image.
Submission does not guarantee that a photo will be included in the voting or the final calendar.
4. Selected photos
If your photo is selected for the cuffed calendar 2027, we will contact you before the final calendar is produced.
Selected photos require an additional release covering the production, sale, distribution and promotion of the cuffed calendar 2027.
If identifiable people appear in the photo, the required model releases must be provided before the photo can be used in the final calendar.
5. Credits
You may provide a name, artist name or social media handle that you would like us to use as a photo credit.
You may also choose not to be credited publicly.
6. Removal before selection
You may withdraw your submission before the final selection by contacting hello@cuffed.store.
Removal from an active public voting may require a reasonable technical processing period.
7. Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided with your submission is accurate and that you are entitled to submit the photo.
If we have reasonable doubts regarding ownership, consent, age or other third-party rights, we may reject or remove the submission.
8. Organizer
The cuffed calendar 2027 community submission is organized by:
